In a landmark initiative, Changing Lives, in partnership with Phaneroo Kampala and Worship Harvest, successfully dispatched a transformative aid shipment to the Karamoja region. This collaborative effort delivered comprehensive support designed for both immediate relief and long-term sustainability.

The convoy included:

Over 10 tons of food to combat immediate hunger needs

Essential clothing supplies to provide comfort and dignity

Agricultural seeds and tractors to enable sustainable farming
